I grew up around sawdust, power tools, and home renovation projects, and I've always had a natural talent for working with my hands. Building, fixing, and restoring have been my passions for as long as I can remember. I've always loved learning, so I served as an apprentice at a young age, immersing myself in carpentry, remodeling, and home repair work.

Over many years, my journey is marked by a rich background in diverse projects, showcasing a unique blend of skills that go beyond conventional boundaries. After graduating college, I worked full-time as a general contractor in Northern Vermont. In 2020, I moved to the Northeast Kingdom, where I expanded my qualifications and became a licensed residential and commercial property inspector for Vermont and New Hampshire. With all of this experience under my belt, I felt motivated to create Wyld Owl Solutions, LLC. I take immense pride in my work and the groundbreaking feat of starting a business.

Serving my community and assisting my neighbors with their home repair and maintenance needs fuels my passion for what I do. I meticulously plan out each project, execute it patiently, and carry out tasks with careful accuracy. Each phase is diligently completed before transitioning to the next. After earning my Bachelors from Castleton State College, the confines of an office didn't appeal to me. Instead, I poured my energy into my lifelong passions for craftsmanship and innovation.

My portfolio encompasses a variety of endeavors, from building house additions and garages to mastering the meticulous artistry of slate roofing and timber framing. Beyond carpentry and design, my proficiency extends to automotive and small engine mechanics/agricultural technology, creating a well-rounded skill set. I've become a go-to professional for clients seeking solutions, excelling in prototype development, woodworking, metal fabrication, and welding—all essential elements of my toolkit.

One of my recent triumphs was the design and construction of an off-grid cabin. Working with a sawmill and building entirely from the land, this project demanded quick thinking and creative problem-solving. Witnessing my ideas materialize into a tangible reality brings an unparalleled sense of satisfaction.

Beyond the hustle of work, I have a pretty awesome life. I share my space with my partner, living happily surrounded by a chaotic mix of animals—dogs, horses, reptiles, rabbits, chickens, you name it. Despite both of us clocking in some serious hours – me with my work and her as a full-time nurse – we still manage to squeeze in some fun excursions. Traveling to craft shows, conventions, and antique car shows are our kind of downtime. It's our way of keeping things interesting and making the most of our time outside the daily grind. Work hard, play harder— that's our mantra.
